Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of AngleFeed (“AngleFeed,” “we,” “us”), operated by Chaski Enterprises Ltd., a company registered in Colorado, USA. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use AngleFeed.

1. The service

AngleFeed helps content creators research trending topics and generate packaging — titles, thumbnail concepts, hooks, scripts — and related research, using AI and third-party data sources. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

2. Eligibility & accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.
• You sign in with Google. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your Google account secure.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it current.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use AngleFeed for anything illegal, deceptive, harassing, hateful, or infringing.
• Generate content that violates the rights of others or applicable platform policies (including YouTube, X, Reddit, and TikTok rules).
• Reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or attempt to circumvent the service's limits or security.
• Resell or redistribute the service itself without our written permission.

You are solely responsible for the content you publish and for ensuring you have the rights to any source material you use.

4. Credits & billing

• AngleFeed is pay-as-you-go. You purchase credits that are consumed as you use paid actions (research, packaging, scripts, thumbnails, assistant chat, etc.). Per-action prices are shown in the app and may change.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. By purchasing, you authorize the applicable charge.
• Credits are non-refundable except where required by law or at our sole discretion. Credits have no cash value and do not expire while your account is in good standing.
• We may correct pricing or billing errors, including after a transaction completes.

5. AI-generated output

AngleFeed's output is generated by AI and automated research and is provided “as is.” It may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable for your purpose. We do not guarantee accuracy, originality, performance, or any particular result (including views, revenue, or growth). You are responsible for reviewing, fact-checking, and editing all output before you rely on or publish it.

6. Your content & license

You retain ownership of the content you create and the inputs you provide. To the extent output is eligible for ownership, it is yours to use. You grant us a limited license to process your inputs and content solely to operate and improve the service. We do not claim ownership of your channels, scripts, or published videos.

7. Third-party services

AngleFeed integrates with third parties including Google/YouTube, Anthropic, Replicate, Stripe, X, and Reddit. Your use of those integrations is also subject to their terms. In particular, by connecting YouTube you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. We are not responsible for third-party services or their availability.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chaski Enterprises Ltd. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim or USD $50.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Chaski Enterprises Ltd. from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or any law or third-party rights.

11. Termination

You may stop using AngleFeed at any time and request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or for any lawful reason. On termination, your right to use the service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (billing, disclaimers, liability, indemnity) will survive.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, a notice in the app. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The exclusive venue for any dispute is the state and federal courts located in Colorado, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
